Refunds
We are happy to refund or exchange any unused or faulty items with 28 days of purchase with a receipt of purchase.
The online team can be contacted via email (sales@gatleys.co.uk) or telephone 01903 742414. We endeavour to do our best to rectify your issue but sometimes we will need to have the goods returned to us. This will be arranged on an individual basis.
Assuming, on receipt of the goods, we find the fault is genuine we will offer a refund or replace the goods. If on receipt of the goods we find no issue or damage to the item then you will be charged the full return costs of the goods via our delivery service.
If you change your mind and do not wish to keep the goods then you have 28 days to return them to us for a full refund.
